Summit Realty manages two of my full time rental properties in Oakhurst. Melanie and Amy have been amazing. They are always available, knowledgeable, professional and I feel like they genuinely care about my properties. Whether it’s dealing with maintenance issues with Amy or financial issues with Melanie, they both give make me feel confident the problems will be handled appropriately. I deal with several property management teams and Summit is by far the best group I do business with. I highly recommend Summit Real Estate.

We recently had some repair work done. Summit Real Estate sent a plumber named Mike and John who did a drywall repair. Both of these gentlemen were amazing! They did excellent work! They cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t leave any mess for me to clean up. They were on time and professional. Both men were very knowledgeable. They both were kind, thoughtful and caring. I have never had any repair or maintenance people as good as they are. Summit Real Estate responded to our repair request immediately. We are really impressed and pleased at how they responded to us. I highly recommend both Mike the plumber and John, the gentleman that did our drywall repair. They went way above what we hoped for or expected.

We moved into one of their rentals sept 2023.. they made the transition into their rental super easy.. when it comes to problems around the house they have the handyman/pest control guy/ etc. Call me directly to set up an appointment for when I'm home and at their earliest convenience.. when it's comes to rent I love the application they use that I can have downloaded to my phone..when it comes to communicating with the office I love that I can call or email. No issues so far with Summit Real Estate

At first things started a little bit rocky, but I think they got rid of a few people and moved some around. As of now, I have been thoroughly impressed with how well they have done with the management of our apartment complex. Amy has gone above and beyond, whether it be her job or not, she’s been on top of it all with great communication.

I can't share too many details about my multiple bad experiences with this company because unfortunately I have no other options but to work with them... but I will say there have been at least a dozen pretty significant letdowns and neglectful situations. I will just leave it at that. Good luck getting anyone to respond to your voicemails, emails, requests & needs.

Avoid this property management company at all costs! They are an absolute nightmare and provide zero support to both tenants and landlords. Ashley Griffith, in particular, should be relieved of her duties for consistently neglecting essential repairs for tenants. If you're fortunate enough to receive a response from her, be prepared for empty promises that are never fulfilled. This company is a serious letdown.
