We’ve been renting from them since September and the entire process from start to finish was easy breezy. We had dealt with so many rude people and scams, finding summit was the best thing that could’ve happened. They have all been so kind to us, they are all professional, Clint has been a pleasure every interaction, we adore him, Christy is so sweet, the maintenance guys are just as awesome. No complaints at all. I have a special needs son and it means the world to me that anytime I’ve spoken with them they ask how he’s doing and genuinely seem to care about their tenants. Highly recommend renting from them. They go above and beyond

Summit Management Group has managed my home for 3 years. They have been very reliable. They promptly responded to my tenant and my requests. The Newton county judicial system provided rental forgiveness. Unfortunately. Summitt Realty was not comfortable honoring his judgement. Forgiveness is a choice. One day we all need forgiveness on our judgement day. If a business is not able to provide forgiveness from a judicial system then as a tenant it would probably be the same outcome.

If I could give it zero stars I would! AlI they like to do is screw their customers!! I made a commitment to pay because obviously it's close to Christmas and didn't have all the funds for my rent on the 20th. I called to say I'd make a commitment to pay the 29th. They said well we are gonna have to charge you a late fee. I can understand if I was paying into the next month but it's only 9 days past and still in the same month! This isn't the first time this has happened either. They have rude people that work there that always want to have an attitude , not sure why they hire people that don't want to work there and be rude to customers that pay to keep them in business!!

Summit has been very professional and compassionate in the 5 years we have rented from them in conyers,ga. Amy and the staff communicate well and they relay any request in a quick manner. The maintenance staff headed by Dean is top notch and very down to earth as well. Great experience!!

Summit Management Group is the most professional and pleasant property management company I have ever done business with.
They are super reliable and is always concerned about making sure you have a great place to call home.
In this word of so much negativity it awesome to always receive positivity and attentiveness to what ever you need.

We started working with Summit in 2012 and we have been VERY pleased. We were not able to manage the property, as we were moved 450 miles away.They were able to rent our home out ASAP and the renters stayed for 5 YEARS!! When there was any issues with the home they were right on the issue with whatever needed to be done. We highly recommend this company for renting or selling your home!

Summit Management managed my two properties for five years. My first property I managed myself for 22 years. When we moved to the other side of Atlanta we turned management over to Clint and Team of this property as well as the home we just moved from. We have no complaints; problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. They are friendly, easy to work with and respond to any issues rapidly. We are very pleased with Summit Management. We sold both properties in 2017 as we realigned our investments.
