Maybe the worst property management company i’ve ever dealt with. Subsequently it is the most expensive apartment i’ve ever rented; netting the company almost 120k for the year.

Despite this cost of service, it is the worst experience i’ve ever had. On our move-in we noticed the place was in the same condition in which we toured it. Not clean, leftover items in the dishwasher from previous tenants. Missing parts in the dishwasher, Mold growth in and around the refrigerator (the refrigerator is leaking and the freezer itself stopped working a week into the lease), cracked windows that allowed pests to trickle in, dead flies everywhere, pests roaming the apartment, light fixtures hanging by wires from the ceiling, a broken fireplace with exposed wires, chipped and scratched walls, and over 10 lights themselves that needed replacement.

Despite all of this, it took an extreme effort from myself to get our property manager to take care of these things. Despite submitting a move-in inspection with photo evidence of all of the issues, he fought back and claimed the apartment was in good condition, did not need cleaners and was inspected to meet standards. It took a week of back and forth for him to finally send out cleaners. They pay the least amount of money they can for third party contractors that do not do the best job and put band aid solutions on the problems. We are almost a month into the lease and we are still struggling to get this company to take care of these issues.

I can barely get into contact with our property manager. In order to get any sort of response either by phone or by email, I have to call the company directly, have them transfer me to him wait for the phone to not be picked up, then call back and ask they call his personal number and tell him to call me back.

This is almost a 10k a month apartment - service should be top notch, yet it mimics the service you would receive at an apartment in the tenderloin of San Francisco that costs a tenth of the price we are paying.

Atrocious company, stay far away from them.

I can't say enough great things about Lee as a property manager! He is professional, responsive, and truly cares about both the property and the tenants. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, Lee is quick to respond and always finds a solution. This apartment is very well located, in the center of the city and surrounded by many restaurants. I have to compliment our apartment manager Sam.He was a very friendly and helpful person. He provided us with everything we needed. I stayed in this apartment with my husband and their standard beds are single beds which were too small for us. We told Sam what we needed and he quickly helped us find a double bed. He is really very nice person. Also, the other neighbors in the apartment were very friendly and sometimes people would share food with each other. Finally I would like to commend our apartment cleaning ladies who worked very hard and always kept the apartment tidy. All in all, it was a very good experience. Anyway if you have problems,just find Sam,he can solve everything 👍👍👍

We've been staying with Structure properties in San Francisco and it has been nothing but great. This has been all thanks to Sam the building manager. Before even arriving in San Francisco he makes sure the whole rent process is seamless and easy. He's super responsive and friendly and ensures all questions are answered.

When in San Francisco he goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. He takes care of everything and helps with all problems. I can't think of a problem he can't solve. Facilities and the room are also in excellent condition.

I can fully recommend Sam and Structure Properties. It has been a blast staying here!

My experience with Structure properties has been very positive. Lee was amazing, I was relocating to the Bay Area and he was dedicated in finding me an apartment within my price range. He was very flexible with me sending people to check out properties for me and made the process go very smoothly so I could have it all set up by the time I arrived. Lee walked me through all of the paperwork and answered any questions I had. When I had an issue, he took care of it in a very short time frame and followed up the next day to make sure it was resolved.
