I have known bryn for about 8 years and have used him both to sell a home and recently to purchase a new home. What I can say is there simply is no broker like Bryn. He is the most honest, straight forward broker I have ever worked with and I have 100% trust in him. He has proven to me over and over that he is more interested in my best interests than just making a sale. He truly looked out for me in every way to make sure that I found the right property, not just any property. He is an incredible negotiator and I believe without him, I would not have been able to purchase my current home. His knowledge of the southbay is amazing and really helpful when buying or selling. What I like best about Bryn, is he is just a really down to earth guy with a great personality and makes working with him a fun experience, not the stressful experience home selling and purchasing can often be. Lastly, his staff is also amazing and a real pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Bryn enough. As far as I am concerned, there is no other broker.

Can’t stop raving about Patti Howell!

Rewind to two years ago. I was a first time homebuyer and needed some handholding. Patti helped me navigate the market and showed a range of listings that would suite my tastes. She patiently worked with me through the buying process after I found my dream condo.

Fast forward to now. My mom moved in with me and we needed a larger space. Patti showed us countless listings and went above and beyond to show us properties while the rest of the world celebrated Xmas and new years. We found the perfect house. Patti rolled her sleeves up and helped me renovate my condo and put it on the market.

Working with Patti feels like working w a neighbor that really cares. She’s always just a phone call away. I feel lucky to have found someone who is so good at her job and just an awesome human being. Would recommend her 11/10!!

I grew up in Manhattan Beach with Bryn and Robb and would not use any other realtor, especially for the beachside walk streets where our property was. They understand the tension between saying goodbye to one's childhood home (it will be scraped) and wanting to strike a fair deal for the lot. Do not do a real estate deal without at least talking with them...you will not regret it! (but may if you use someone else 😉

Overview
To say it was amazing to work with Cecilia is an understatement. As first time home buyers in the South Bay, we were concerned about the cost of homes in the area but knew we could make the investment for a home that had the right growth potential.

House Hunting/Putting Offers Out
When we started physically going to properties, Cecilia was always on time to our appointments. She was responsive. She didn't waste our time showing us homes that didn't meet our requirements. But most importantly is that the didn't make us feel rushed or that she was frustrated that we didn't like a home and that we weren't putting in an offer.

Performance
Before I worked with Cecilia I felt like the difference in performance between real estate agents would be minimal. Cecilia proved me to be very wrong here. I was speaking with 3 different agents as I was trying to figure out who to work with and quickly stopped working with the other 2. I felt like I was just another number to the other agents. They just refined my search on their software and had the computer auto-send me listings. I would put notes for what I liked and didn't like into the software and didn't hear a peep from those agents.
Cecilia on the other hand, paid attention to every comment I made. She hand picked listings and sent them to me directly making reference to notes I made in her listing software. Then I would ask her about things I could do to the property to add value and she gave me organized, thorough, and well thought out responses.

Ultimately, this review is coming 2 years after working with Cecilia but I feel compelled to be detailed with my experience as well as well as mention that she was right about our property. We wanted a property that had strong equity growth potential and our home has outperformed other homes in our market because of the front end advice and legwork that Cecilia did for us.

Bottom Line
There are a lot of agents to pick from and it can feel like a crapshoot in terms of if you pick an average one or a top 1% agent. This review is intended to remove the crapshoot for you. As long as Cecilia is in the South Bay I will not be working with any agents except for her.
