I have lived here for almost a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it! Rachel and Kayla in the leasing office are AMAZING and care so much about us as residents. Maintenance is fast to respond to issues and the lawn care is consistent with their schedule.
I will say that there is some flooding in the yards when it rains a lot but living in Valdosta that is nothing abnormal and it definitely drains just as fast as it fills up.

Overall 10/10! I recommend everyone lives here

I toured their Lismore and Alston and absolutely loved Them! Rachel and Kayla are super sweet and helpful as well. They definitely go above and beyond for their residents and for people who are interested in renting here. I’m surprised to see complaints about roaches because the houses I toured were spotless! I think that might be more of a personal cleanliness issue. If I do end up settling in Valdosta for a while I’ll definitely keep Stonebrooke in mind. Thanks guys!

Absolutely loved living in Stonebrooke! Rachel, Kayla, and Jeremy were extremely helpful from the beginning. Any issues that we had were quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend and move back if we were to move back to Georgia.

Stonebrooke is such a great community!! Kayla, Rachel, and Jeremy are amazing! They take the time to learn all residents. Community appreciation events are hosted monthly! Any problem is addressed quickly and efficiently.

The whole community floods like crazy. You can't step foot out of your home if it's been raining. It rains plenty in Valdosta so the builders may not have taken this into consideration. There are roaches, which I've never had before. When you have flood water you are opening up a plethora of problems such as bugs, none of which have been addressed. Rachel was more helpful when it came to helping us get on the property but not much more since then. People are randomly moving out...I've seen drug deals and people playing loud music really late. It's too expensive here for all of these issues. When we first moved here I felt safe walking at night but not so much any more. There is no courtesy officer. The cheapest apartment complex has a courtesy officer...just because we pay more doesn't mean its not inviting the wrong type of people. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
