I recently had an experience with a property manager, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, and it was extremely unpleasant. She was not only rude but also failed to provide any meaningfu information when I asked. Instead, she resorted to threatening me with eviction from my property. Her unprofessional demeanor and lack of clarity were alarming, and I strongly feel she would benefit from taking a communication or customer service course to improve her approach.

Erica was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off every chance she could while I am explaining how their long wait for AC repair with the only vendor they use is affecting my health. I've tried patience and honesty with this individual, but she is determined to get me out of character. We pay our rent, don't bother anyone, and report repair needs promptly. That goes unappreciated. Just because you use a 1-900 operator voice does not mean you are "nice." You are snarky and rude!

ETA after owner response: Not only was it frustrating, the heat affected my health! I am still on medication to reduce the inflammation in my lungs, as I have a CHRONIC DEBILITATING DISEASE. I TRIED to let it be known to Chastity that we could not stay in this hot home and needed to get a hotel. Chastity told me we would need to go through our renters insurance for reimbursement of a hotel stay... which was a LIE! We have renters insurance, and they do not cover stays for maintenance issues, is what I was told when I called them to ask. I would also like to mention how Chastity responded to the lease holder. When the lease holding tenant asked for a copy of the lease, he was told he could not receive a copy because he is not on the lease... another lie. After Chastity racially profiled the lease holding tenant, she requested that we only communicate with them via email. If that is what you request, Chastity, then please do the same for me. I should not receive any calls from this office, only emails AS YOU REQUESTED!

Point part is I have lost all respect for this office due to the way all of May was handled with this AC issue (not to mention AC issues since we have been occupying this space). The lack of concern for me and my health, the disrespect, and the hurtful racial profiling are all unacceptable. No apology will fix this for me as I could have died.

I had a wonderful experience with Stewart reality. In particular Ms.Erica was amazing. She was super friendly from the first visit to not only myself and my wife but also our young son. She answered every question we had with ease and never seemed to get irritated about anything we asked. She worked with us very well and was very professional and friendly. As for Stewart reality itself it was a very welcoming reality office which was very refreshing after having been looking for a house for a while and trying to work with other places who very obviously didn't care about us only our wallets. Also upon signing the lease they sent us a checklist with all issues regarding the house and included pictures. Having done this a time or two I decided to look around for myself and take my own pictures but I truly couldn't find anything not included in the paperwork they had sent. All in all it was an amazing experience and I would absolutely rent with them again. Also I believe Ms.Erica deserves a raise.

I would like to send a shout out to Ms.Erika and Ms. Chastity, they are super helpful every time I've needed there assistants with anything dealing with my rental. I am always met with a smile and the utmost professional guidance anyone can ask for. I am super thankful to them for always handling any problems that may come from the rental property. I know I can always count on them to get the job done. Thank you ladies for making my move pleasant.

Been with Stewart Realty for almost 20 years. Betsy manages multiple properties for me in Hinesville and I can honestly say they are great at what they do (considering the current times). Erika has been great at communicating issues with me in a timely manner and always pleasant to deal with. If theres a problem; they work together to find the best solution for both tenant and landlords.

Been living in one of their willow oak homes for a year. just had to move for work. But this whole year has been a pleasure renting from them. They are the most easy going crew. Move out transition was just as easy as moving in. They are great with communication and flexible. If you communicate with them they will be just as flexible for you. They were always quick with any repairs we needed. The oven and stove went out on each on different occasions and yet we were back up and running same day. This group is highly recommended and easily the best management company I have ever had to use. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for our family this last year!!
