When I began my search for an income property with the intent of doing a 1031 exchange, I searched the internet for someone familiar with that process. It was a pleasure working with Steven. He was very patient with us and even door knocked homes to find a property in our preferred neighborhoods.
He seemed to have special insight into the neighborhoods but he said he used an app that uses AI to get him the neighborhood area statistics.

When he would put an offer in he would let us listen to
the conversations with the agents. On most occasions it
seemed like the listing agent was practically rooting for our offer to get accepted.

We were delighted that our offer got accepted at a price less than we expected which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. Once in contract he helped guide us through the process and called us daily to keep us up to date. We strongly recommend Steven and have referred our friends to use him.
