Steve was a huge part in our home buying process. We had some troubles with getting our loan qualified with the first lender we tried. We were denied our loan, which left us defeated in the home buying process. After receiving the news that we were not going to be able to buy a home we were given recommendations to go to Steve with Stockton Mortgage, "he can salvage your loan", so we gave it one more shot with Steve and within a week our hopes were back up in the home buying process. A week later we signed on our home and are now homeowners. From not having any hope in the home buying process Steve was quick to assure us that he can get this loan to go through and we would be purchasing our first home just two weeks later! Throughout the process Steve was very hands on, explained every detail, and made sure we knew he was going to help us get our home. We are so very thankful for Steve and the Stockton team!
