First of all let give Thanks to the man above. I really want to thank you Ms. Dee for allowing us to be a part of this community. She was very open with me from the start. Let me first start off with I’m so in love with my new home. Very clean and newly model floors &carpet. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The process was made so easy by the wonderful Mrs.V. She’s a life saver the best property manager you could ever ask for. She’s straight forward very welcoming, helpful and honest. I love her for this community. If you need townhouse don’t hesitate this is it here! Mrs. V will make the process so easy and worth it for you. No headaches whatsoever all across the board!

This is by far one of the best places I’ve rented out. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood plus Ms.V (the property manager) is always on point! If you have any issues with your unite, she’ll see that the problem gets handled asap/same day. I am 100% considering renewing my lease next year.

I’ve lived here 8 years and have seen a great change in last 3 years since Ms. V started. The property is well kept, maintenance comes quick and Ms. V is awesome manager. The property is quiet just like we want it. Great job team!

I lived here for two years. First year was really good. I love how small the community is, everyone normally mind their business. No robberies or break ins. Kid friendly neighborhood. However, year two new neighbors came in and that’s when roaches started coming from the wall. So it may not be the complex. However, it just got out of control, and I couldn’t handle them. Management is cool and will work with you if something comes up. A time was had at these townhomes!
