Stephanie is amazing! As you may know, the Southern California housing market is brutal, so having a good realtor that is going to bat for you is crucial. My wife and I were looking to buy a home for ourselves and our growing family so we sought to work with Stephanie as she successfully helped my in-laws purchase their home. From the first contact, it was a phenomenal experience working with Stephanie. She’s prompt, kind, she listens, she asks good questions, and she takes all of your conditions, wants, etc into account. She didn’t make us feel like any of our requests or questions were silly or stupid. No question was too much, too frequent, or too basic. It’s a very competitive market here and we went through 3 house offers with multiple counteroffers and more. She was able to explain when it was a good deal for us or when the seller was asking for too many concessions. Again, she’s fighting for you as her client. We felt very well taken care of and an extreme amount of confidence because she was proactive with contacting the listing agents. No one was going to ignore her lol. Additionally, she is extremely organized. When we went to our first open house together, she handed me a folder of the houses we were going to see in order with the details and everything along with detailed checklists to compare with later. Wow! I mean before her, I was trying to keep track in my phone lol. And then she ran comparable analysis reports and would give her honest, professional opinion on whether or not the list price made sense. On top of all that, she communicated so well with our lender. We found a great lender to work with, but Stephanie didn’t let the fact that she never worked with the company e forever keep her from working with them smoothly and efficiently. When things have to happen at lightning speed here in SoCal, you need people that are quick and agile too. Even my lender said he enjoyed working with Stephanie. Honestly, there’s just so much that she did and so much that I could say about our amazing experience that I can’t even write it all down. My wife and I are very thankful and we hope whoever reads this will be encouraged to have such an amazing person that you can trust working to buy (or sell) your home on your behalf. We would emphatically work with Stephanie again!

Stephanie is a very hard working and patient real estate agent. She pays attention to detail and listens carefully to what her clients want. My husband and I met Stephanie at an open house. At the time, we were just browsing houses and had not chosen an agent. After a conversation with Stephanie about what our wants and needs were in a home, she instantly made us feel comfortable and at ease. We knew right away we wanted to work with her! Home buying can be a very stressful process but Stephanie made it fun and exciting. She asked us for a check list of must haves, deal breakers and things that would be nice to have but not necessary. She also paid very close attention to the locations we were interested in and above all, she was very conscientious of our budget. Every time we met with her, she had a very well organized itinerary of homes we would be viewing. Every home that she showed us was within the parameters of everything we had wanted on our list. She made sure to show us homes that we had selected to view mixed in with homes she found that matched our criteria.
