Angela was the most prepared real estate agent I have ever worked with. She knows the market extremely well and had great insight when it came to selling our home. I recently employed Angela Savage to sell my parents South Salinas home. This was also my home for many years growing up. So needless to say, this home was very special to me. This was not just a house, it was a home. Having Angela list this home was such a great move on my part. Her and her team (Anna Abad - Realtor and stager, Alicia Harris - Chicago Title Company Escrow Officer) were so kind and caring throughout this entire process. The first meeting I had with Angela, I think she sensed (with her spidey senses) just how deeply emotional this was for me. She took her time with me, walking through the home and listening to stories of my past with my parents. This meeting took place approximately a month and a half before listing the home. After that meeting, she kept in constant contact with me as to her next steps. And let me tell you, talk about pro active…which is exactly what you want so when it was time to list, she had all of her homework done. All reports were ordered and reviewed. Any work that needed to be done at the home was taken care of as well as putting the word out that the home was going on the market. Just prior to listing the home on the market, she had a photographer take pictures and a video. Anna Abad staged the home. It did not stop there. Day one of the home being on the market, there was a broker open house as well as appointments for interested persons to look at the house. The next several days were followed by an open house. The publicity that is now done to advise the public of an open house is remarkable. Angela and her team not only had several signs, but posted on several social media sites and out front of the home they displayed this ginormous waving flag. At the end of each day, Angela would reach out to let me know how things went. Due to her and her teams dedication, we had an offer within a few days. Angela’s dedication never waivered. On the day of signing the final papers, Angela knew this was a very emotional time for me. Her and Alicia handled this signing with such care and understanding. This is a first class business folks! I will always use Angela and her team at Steinbeck Real Estate and I recommend you do the same.
