Steeplechase Cabot has a new property management company. We have been blessed to have a new manager and new maintenance person also. The manager is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The maintenance person is extremely skilled, efficient and friendly. I have lived here 10 years and this new group of management is top notch hence the five star rating. Problems if and when they arise are now resolved immediately. It is a great place to live.

Moved here in July with new management on the property, they are very friendly, and work really hard to get your needs taken care of. I don't have any issues getting in touch with someone in the office by phone or by stopping into the office during normal business hours. !!

Do not move here!! I’ve had to call the office so many times because 4-5 kids raise complete hell outside of my door yelling, screaming, riding scooters, and running up and down the damn stairs when the playground is literally right next to my building, no one ever calls me back. I don’t know how many times I’ve emailed the office, STILL no response at all. The people that live above me have absolutely no respect and are extremely loud-she must let her kids ride their scooters inside the apartment bc it sounds like my ceiling is going to cave in, and all my pics will fall. It’s a complete nightmare. When Star left, everything fell apart!!!!

We've waited a month for our security deposit back. We never even moved in. The Wogan group has stolen $400 from us and we never even lived on one of their properties. Management doesn't care.

I mean it. We lost $400 to Wogan Group and got literally nothing out of it but pain.

When I contacted Jamie, the new manager, to ask about any and all charges associated with renting a $860 a month apartment, Jamie told me that there were no administration fees, deposit fees, or any other fees. She told me that we only had to pay $35 per adult for application and background check fees. After applying and being approved, a leasing contract was uploaded for us to sign, and we discovered that there were several undisclosed fees added to the contract to make our monthly rent $935 a month instead of the $860 that was disclosed by Jamie. BEWARE, THEY WILL TRY TO DECEIVE YOU BY ADDING ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES TO YOUR CONTRACT THAT WERE NEVER DISCLOSED!

ADDITIONALLY: The management company, Wogan Group, is DECEITFUL TOO! I emailed them before submitting this review to alert other potential tenants, and they didn't respond to any of the emails or phone calls!

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Wogan Group still hasn't responded to my phone calls or emails for my refund! Thank God I didn't sign that deceitful/fraudulent contract, and I leased from a better company! Again, BE AWARE OF THE FRAUD, DECEIT, AND LIES FROM THIS COMPANY!
