I absolutely love it here! I’ve been a resident for 10 months and I couldn’t have chosen a better community. It’s in the perfect location and between the scheduled onsite food trucks or office events … you’re never bored. Wonderful staff for a beautiful property!

I'm not even a resident yet, but I hope to be. First and foremost, the property is beautiful!!! The only thing that tops the property itself is my new Aussie friend, Ms. Cindy. She is truly a joyful and beautiful person!!! I wish every staff member at every apartment complex were as friendly and helpful as she is. Whether I have an opportunity to be a resident at Station at Lake Murray or not, the experience I had today was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thanks, Ms. Cindy!!!

My move in experience and first few months at Station have been wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful in getting setup and are extremely friendly when you walk into the office. These apartments are brand new, so everything is nice and clean. Plenty of parking spaces and located evenly between Irmo and Lexington for whichever way you prefer to shop, work, socialize, etc. I missed pool season when I moved in, but the pool area is very nice and I look forward to using it when the warmer months come back around. There is also a nice gym and they have already hosted numerous events and food trucks in the short time I have been a resident. Highly recommend Station if you are looking in Irmo, Lexington, or West Columbia.

I love the apartment. It all started with Armando he was amazing from the time I walked in to look at an apartment even still if I need anything he’s more than happy to assist. Tabatha, Ava and Justin are also amazing any questions and or concerns they make sure to get them answered and taken care of. The apartment is very spacious with an open floor plan that I love. The rooms are a nice size the closet space is great and the bathrooms are marvelous. The appliance package is updated and the home has a luxury modern feel. I will say the walls are thin I hope wall fixtures will make that better.

Apartments are very bright and airy and have modern fixtures. The community is still being finished but the main amenities such as pool, gym , and clubhouse are all open to enjoy. Armando was very helpful answering all of our question's and getting us moved in on time. Overall I’m very happy with the complex!

I’m really enjoying my new apartment. It’s newly built, modern, and just two minutes from the lake. The office staff, Tabatha, Armando, and Ava, were friendly and incredibly helpful during my move-in, from the initial tour to answering all my questions promptly. Great living experience so far.

We just moved in our new home, but were allowed to tour the property several times before the date. It is conveniently located near a park and all facilities are brand-new. While the unit we have is a bit smaller, our home is airy and brightly lit, a much better atmosphere than we were used to in NE Columbia. Our management has been courteous and maintenance responsive to our needs. Yes, it is a work in progress with building crews on the premises, but we knew this going into it. There are fair rules that if followed by all residents, will mean a great living arrangement for everyone. We are quite hopeful for the future!
