We hired Stacy to sell our home. She was unsuccessful and before it was listed asked us to lower our price. She posted unedited photos of our home on the listing. When we asked to be let out of our contract with her, she refused. We had to contact her broker and she still attempted to show our home. Her broker did finally let us out of the contract with her, a tip you might need to know if you deal with her.

Stacy didn’t entirely deserve my original 1 star review. We just didn’t communicate well together to have a successful transaction. However, she does an amazing assistants. The assistant got Stacy an extra 2 stars.
