Stacy is the BEST mortgage advisor. I have worked with her and she has helped many of my clients for almost 10 years. I have so many lenders trying to get my business but I always tell them I already work with the best and I don't need a back-up. If you are a realtor, broker or looking to buy or refinance please use Stacy! You won't be disappointed. She is so helpful and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Stacy has worked magic for some of my clients so if you don't think it can get done, Stacy will find a way. DISAPPOINTMENT! Stacy was a referral from a trusted professional acquaintance. After beginning my profile and taking the time to gather the requested documents. Days, weeks and now a month has passed and I've yet to hear back from Stacy. I've attempted to call her multiple times, I've emailed her, and I've tried calling directly to Arbor Financial with no response.

As I started, its disappointing that Stacy did not feel I was worth the time for at least a simple call back, despite being a referral.

I hope future clients have a better experience.

Stacy was instrumental in making my refinance happen quickly and smoothly. She was honest, friendly and non-judgmental when reviewing my situation. Stacy gave me a list with all the documentation that was needed. i provided the documents, she ran the credit and after I completed the disclosures and application the appraisal was ordered and scheduled. Stacy was safe and conservative with her estimates and we closed approximately 11 days before the time she promised. After combining my first mortgage and my equity line of credit, I'm saving approximately $600/month. AND, she only asked for an updated bank statement at the end as her list was thorough from the beginning.

I am also a real estate professional and give Stacy's information to all of my clients. She is my ROCKSTAR and helps to make amazing things happen when many loan officers don't have the ability, experience or insight to look at the various elements of the person's situation. She's available to answer questions and provide explanations in a helpful, patient and friendly manner to all of her clients.
