It's really no rate the place was good but the landlord went by what her see and eye told her instead of checking for her self if you had company she have to know what time they are coming or leaving. Kids had no play area. You could never talk to the landlord about anything unless it's been a problem with you and your neighbors. It need a little more fixing up some apartments was done nice inside and looks look just like it was before she came. I would tell no friend to tell a friend to mover here they have a lot to fix up here
