They also provide other relocation services (other than leasing) and all of the personnel were great to work with. If they do not offer a particular item (furniture for example) they are well-connected in the community and provide great referrals. Use Transcend CRE - they are great.

I could speak to how great Transcend has been to work with for hours. They assisted our company in our office move early this year. They were great at helping us find a space, negotiate terms, find architects and contractors, and it was amazing to have Kristi manage the entire process. She went above and beyond even coming to construction meetings. Kristi was amazing during the build-out keeping everything running smoothly and ironing out issues before we realized they could have become larger issues down the road as well as keeping vendors and contractors on scope and schedule.

Another very pleasant surprise was the IT team at Transcend. We got quotes from several low voltage vendors and Transcend not only was the most competitive but they were extremely professional and flexible. They were great to work with and Ben and Chuck were always great in their communication regardless of how busy they were.
