My partner and I is experience here was amazing! First time applying for apartments and finally moving in together, we weren’t sure what to do. But one of the staff members, Davina Goorabian was incredibly patient and kind with us throughout the tour and application process. Definitely recommend her whenever you come by Spring Meadows. Repair work is not over. It's hard, especially with small children. Do it faster, it's very noisy. It would be better to change everything inside, change the sewerage. Everything smells and old, roaches are already like residents of the house.

RENTER BEWARE

TLDR: Spring Meadows is a roach lovers haven and for a low low price every month, it's all yours. Cars get broken into often and the front office doesn't do anything, not even send you the footage to show the cops. Front and back gates are notoriously broken and stays open for days if not weeks. Everything comes at a cost. 10/10 would not recommend.

Rent at your own risk. I thought this place was a steal and was quickly proven wrong. Lived here for a year, and the gates are frequently broken, inviting anyone and everyone in. Cars get broken into often, as we’ve seen broken glass in several different parking spots. Our neighbor, who’s been here since 2016, recently had BOTH his cars stolen in the last month! He said the front office has footage of what happened and still hasn’t taken it to the police. Because we are on their property, we can’t do anything. This place is also ROACH-infested! In the 30-minute time span of us talking to our neighbor outside, we saw three roaches crawling by our feet. Ever since we moved in, we’ve been dealing with legit any and every roach you could imagine. About a week after we first moved in, we came home late and found one roach on the ground and two on the wall!! Yall know roaches are the type where if you see one...GIRL. Spring Meadows told us we need to have pest control come every 3-4 months and that they should be gone within 2-4 weeks. We’ve had pest control come four times in our whole year of being here, and there hasn’t been one month without us seeing multiple roaches. The last time they came was after we called the front office for the FOURTH time still upset due to the roach infestation. They had the pest control guy come to pretty much tell us, “Yeah, they’re here, and they’re here to stay.” It’s crazy that they pay a company to “exterminate” these pests, and out of this guy’s own mouth, he says, “Yeah, because there isn’t anything we can do about it when theyre dead, and if they're not don't worry they're just looking for food, water and shelter." WOW. Yeah same. We were just hoping our shelter didn't have a roach infestation. The front office is definitely aware of the problem as we alone have let them know whats been going on with these roaches several times but at this point its such a big issue, it seems they just dont want to address it. When we moved out, they asked us why and we let them know it is because of the roach infestation. On our move out inspection sheet, they changed our move out reason to "personal reasons." Interesting. Who would've thought pests and rodents who inhabit your living quarters wouldnt be indicative of a HEALTH issue? Whatever. Funny how if you check your renters/lease agreement with Spring Meadows, they "ensure" a PEST AND RODENT FREE apartment. Lol haven't seen that yet. They have over 300 units in which they receive at least $1500 from each one once every single month. Can't they afford to fix any one of these issue? From the roaches, to the gate and to other safety concerns. Who knows but I do know Spring Meadows is currently remodeling the entire complex so they must have enough for that. Yall ever heard the saying that goes something like, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig? Take what you will from that.

Very nice apartments, very spacious.
It's peaceful, very quiet. Everyone minds their business and gets along with each other. I love the place. I couldn't have found a better place for my family. I recommend these apartments

Davina is amazing! She was very helpful and communicative from beginning to end. Love her personality! Happy to say we are now residents! Complex is clean and quiet. Neighbors are respectful.

Lived here for a year and the complex was clean and well maintained and the staff did their best to make sure your living situation was safe, stable, and the best it could be. Davina in particular was always a kind, helpful, and amazing person. She was the absolute best! We only moved out because we needed to be closer to work.
