Worst apartments ever…….. sewage back ups on the daily, the hot water won’t turn off completely resulting in $600+ power bills, no security worth being called that, black mold in several units, plumbing issues galore, and worst office staff the current one not the previous one

They have had 3 property managers since February. Lost rental money orders for multiple tenants during transfer of management. They have a referral program and will go back and take it away saying that was a past manager and bill it to you 2 months down the road. Office hours are never consistent. Dog feces all over complex. They have the holders to put the doggie bags in but they are never stocked. Laundry facility is new but only 2 machines work the others have standing water in them and they refuse to fix. I have reported no water in shower on a Friday morning and was assured it would be fixed and come home from work and it wasn’t. Had to go the whole weekend driving to a relatives house 45 minutes away to take a shower. Bathtubs backed up with water 3 or 4 times since February for days on end. It takes multiple complaints for any maintenance issue to be fixed. Dangerous place to live gun shots on the weekend. Home invasion on a Friday night from someone running in my apartment bleeding out took an hour for the apartment security to respond to call.

You really can't beat the price. $600 a month gives you everything but electric. If youre late on rebt they charge you an ADDITIONAL $150 on top of the rent. It's not the most convenient to places or interstate, but again the price is right. Some good neighbors, mostly ghetto folk, NO POOL and people get shot at on a regular basis. The entertainment factor of watching and listening to good fights is like a 9 on a ten scale. Not lit very well and you really want to check your place prior to move in. Someone was murdered in my apartment 2 months before i moved in..... Found it out from the neighbors and doing an internet search. Upside of that is everything was replaced with new. Roughly $90 a month power bill. And the office will work with you if you are slightly tardy with rent or don't have the best credit. If they kept the place lit up better, the drug activity would go down. Over all not a bad place. Just lock your stuff up and try to make your building the best it can be by replacing bulbs and knowing your neighbors. Don't expect maintenance to do anything or a smile from the office staff when you go in to pay rent or complain that the apartment below you stinks and the items that the maintenance people threw out is disgusting and drawing bugs into other apartments.

Getting something fixed is nearly impossible. I been without adequate water pressure for over a week now. Laundry facility that they finally have up and running stays locked except when management is there ( after 4 or on days office is closed) no weekends. The whole point is so residents can use it.Dirty grounds. No curb appeal at all. It’s terrible here. Check your apartment thoroughly for problems before moving in. Residents feel like asking for maintenance is a burden.

I was getting my nails done with my daughter and a gentleman came by the nail shop with flyers about a property that was under new management so we decided to stop by and check them out. I was extremely surprised by how much the area has changed. I had a friend who lived here years ago and this was a step up above what I had remembered. My daughter did not expect to apply but the apartments were so nice she said she had to take it! We really love the hard floors and cabinets in the renovated apartments. I am very impressed with how good these apartments look now.

Horrible management. Everytime I go in there it’s someone new because I guess somebody quit or got fired. The lady Stephanie is horrible, wishy washy and unprofessional. Not sure what happened to Julia but she was more understanding. Maintenance is trifling and lazy. It took them well over a month to fix my ceiling in bathroom that was leaking every night as well as leaking AC during the summer. I stay having roaches, gnats. Only received Pest Control once since new office staff took over. They moved in a bunch of young people so they could fill the empty units because they desperately need the money. People stay getting shot over here and guess what management or corporate doesn’t care as long as they have your rent money. They drag their feet when you need help but quick to put notices on your door. I need blinds replaced but was told by Stephanie I’m not allowed to get anymore blinds. Then she proceeded to question what I did to the blinds. No one is standing by the window playing with blinds on purpose… they broke because they were never put up properly and are cheap. They’d rather install cheap breakable blinds rather than ones that are sturdy and last. Not very understanding of tenants with small children very rude. When maintenance did come to my apartment to fix they left long sharp screws on my bathroom and living room floors, which made me mad because I have a toddler who easily puts stuff in his mouth. Even when maintenance comes they don’t do the job right the first time or double check what they fixed and make you wait jus for them to come back and fix it properly the 2nd time.

They need to make fixing up these apartments a priority. The lights in the breezeway have been out well over 2-3 months now. As other commenters down from me stated, laundry mat and pool was never in operation since I’ve lived here almost 2 years. Trash always piled up looking and smelling nasty. They have so many vacant apartments with doors swung wide open late at night and have had squatters. There have been times at night I can hear footsteps above me knowing full well the unit is supposed to be empty. Cable cords hanging low on porch I have a toddler and I definitely wouldn’t recommend these apartments. They are definitely overpriced and run down. They called themselves pressure washing the exterior a few months back but what good did this do when the outside still looks like trash. They charge almost $1200 for renovated units now however when I initially moved in the rent was $1050. Rent increased dramatically without prior notice from previous management team. I’m questioning the legitimacy of these 4 and 5 star reviews because they must live somewhere else, can’t be the same apartment complex.

My daughter and I moved into the apartment in march . My bathroom ceiling started showing signs of water damage. It’s was fixed in July finally so I thought. The neighbors upstairs had a barking dog. It would bark all through the night. I even made police reports another leak started in the hallway not only did we have a leak in the bathroom in the hallway. We had a gigantic leak in the hallway closet that holds the air conditioning, unit the air conditioning unit like to caught fire while my daughter was home alone while homeschooling she called the fire department. They came out and saw the wires were exposed. I have proof and pictures to support all of this roaches and proof that the dogs was kept outside upstairs and ruined my barbecue grill with dog hair. The dogs hair field through the terrace and was all over everything outside under the terrace. In closing this place definitely isn’t $1000. They have came after me saying I owe $5000. save yourself. Time and money do not apply to these apartments.
