Update: Maintenance manager is great!! I put in my request and within couple hours Ryan was here to fix the issue. He also educated me on what do and not to do. Fast and efficient!

I received my keys today, along with a welcome home basket!! I love that the community is quiet and diverse with all ages. Jae made the application process smooth and stress free. Anytime I called Glynis and Jae were there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Special thank you to Ken for making move in day smooth and having a warm and bright energy. He was also a gentleman and carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. I'm excited to be a part of the Spring Lake Apartments community. 🤗😊

Love the entire Spring Lake Team! However, Ryan the Maintenance Manager, is truly amazing! He always goes out of his way to help with any maintenance issues. He's also incredibly kind – when I needed help carrying a heavy box into my home, he was more than happy to assist without any hesitation or complaints. When it comes to fixing things, he takes the time to explain the problem and how he plans to resolve it. He's just great to work with!

Just leaving the apartment complex and Glynis has to be the best assistant property manager I’ve ever seen. She helped me look at a 1 bedroom but when I asked about a two bedroom quickly got back up to show me that one as well. My experience looking at apartments was nothing less than stellar based on her efforts and that’s all I can ask for. This is what a Property Manager looks like.

I heard about these apartments from a friend and when I tell u I love them. I been having the hardest time trying to find a apartment that’s the best fit for my kids. Spring Lake apartments have a awesome maintenance team. I had a hot water tank burst. Anthony Palmer was there to take care of it immediately upon me informing him. Ryan Humphrey came also to access the situation they work very well together completing the job. Both guys were very polite and professional.

Great tour and feel like home. Great units for the price and Richard and team are great. They are really involved with kids in neighborhood and do activities for them at the leasing office.
