Kristy helped in my move-in process and was the best you could ask for. Even though I just moved in I can tell how attentive management will be for any future needs. Not to mention the property is excellently maintained and the unit newly remodeled. Area is quiet and close to many amenities. I highly recommend Spring Club!

The staffs are super friendly and gets the job done but the company who owns the place keeps raising the rent every year. $2800 for a 2bdrm 1half bath with NO GARAGE, unless you pay an extra $150….thats too much! You can rent a house for that price.

Mimi is amazing kind hearted and always there when needed in the both the business aspect of being the manager of the spring club apartments where I reside w my three children out of the 4 that visits holidays etc. beautiful as the tic and clean cut here this place saved me and gave me hope again no matter where I go in life I will always remember even besides a few ignorant and unkind neighbors and the public drug pararafenelia at times during holidays rather /weekends over all 5 stars spring club and Mimi will do their best to not only make sure you’re family is safe here but always feel welcome much love and well deserved to Mimi Zwart.and entire Spring Club apartments managements and housing equal opportunity in Sonoma county . 🙏🏾🌈🙌🏾✊🏾😊❤️

My only complaint is with the shared laundry. It’s not very clean as is and at times quite disgusting. Otherwise I found it a great place to live. Mimi is great. Christian is top notch !!

Maintenance team is awesome. Water heater had an issue, wasn’t working. I put in a work order and they responded and had it fixed in less than an hour. They’re always nice and are quick with their repairs.
