My husband and I just bought our first home in 2024 and we loved working with Nat! After our first meeting with Nat we were out looking at houses the very next day. My wife and I recently went to an Open House in Old Town, Seal Beach, hosted by Splash Real Estate. We were greeted by Nat and Melissa. Our chat was natural and never felt forced which is so important. They were both extremely knowledgeable, not only about the home, but also Seal Beach and neighboring communities.
