I am interested in some property. The realtor is Michael Tanbonliong, and I believe he works at this location. He's not responsive at all. I sent him an email Friday and Monday without a response. I plan to contact the owner directly to see if they will talk with me instead of using this realtor. Don't recommend.

I had a commercial building and property in Greenville I needed to sell. Bobby Hines and Evan Wilkins sold the property for far more than I expected or that the property appraised. That is due to years of experience and knowing the market. As with any real estate transactions there were hurdles to overcome. However, they were quick to resolve them and move forward to a fast closing. I would highly recommend them.
