Vitaly and Floor Creations LLC (which he is personally involved in but never mentioned) sold us a house under the guise of fully remodeled. After signing never received keys to our home and had to change all locks, even though Vitaly and his team were “working” on the punch list during our final walk through, we were completely ghosted the moment after signing. Had a written agreement between both Floor Creations LLC and Vitaly to fix multiple issues with our home that they were supposed to have completed prior to closing that were extended by 30 days at closing, that now have never been finished. The fact that we are now replacing the floors only 6 months after moving in (speaks volumes for Floor Creations) and finding large gaps in the flooring underneath filled with card board and trash, finding a giant hole below our tub that was covered up by some plywood, painting over substantial issues in load bearing walls, are all just the tip of the iceberg. Avoid this person. Also make sure your house wasn’t painted with oil based paint back in the day as they are likely to just cover up all issues with latex paint as is current standard only to have everything peel off your house a month or two in.

My first home buying experience with vitality moroz was the worst . Where do I even start ,
1) I bought my lot first and my house was the last one finished , all the house around me that weren’t bought were done before mine and people were already moved in before My house was even done . I bought mine 6 months prior . They also finished my house 30-45 days later than I was told
2) I wasn’t allowed to pick any colors because they were already planned out and they wouldn’t tell me any of the colors inside or outside my house .
3) they never came and did a final cleaning or walkthrough of my house . When I moved in I had all my blue tape still up where there was places that needed to be fixed .
4) with a new home you get 1 year of warranty stuff they can come and fix stuff , but it doesn’t matter cause they don’t answer to phone or return the call . I recently asked them to fix some siding on my house and they Will not respond . I understand if they won’t fix it if it’s my fault but they won’t even respond to tell me so I can get it fixed .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Do NOT buy from them .

HARD TO GET A HOLD OF, TIED TO ALOT OF SHADY HOUSES HE SELLS THAT ARE SUPPOSEDLY "HIS FRIENDS" I HIGHLY RECOMEND STAYING AWAY!!!
