Jake is one of the best to work with in the grading business and is very good at communicating with the customer, he will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with his work. The man is very respectful and makes your land and home come together like a piece of art, I would never go anywhere else when needing land improvements done!!

Jake and his team graded our property in Talking Rock creek Resort. They also put in our Septic and our fill lines. When they started our project , we realized it was gonna present some unforseen challenges. Jake had the knowledge as well as the patience to lead the project in the right direction to get the job done. He is extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with.
