Stephanie was initially hired as our Realtor back in the summer of 2023, to help us rent out my stepdaughter’s home located in Dallas, Georgia when she fell gravely ill and could no longer live alone. She had to move in with me and her father but she did not want to lose her home so she decided to turn it into a rental property until she got better and was well enough to move back in it. Sadly my stepdaughter passed away in January 2024, and we asked Stephanie if she could stay on as our Realtor and help us try and sell my stepdaughter’s home. After months and months of ups and downs, weeks and weeks of what we thought were road blocks the house finally sold on December 19, 2024. Stephanie went above and beyond what we thought a Realtor would do. She stuck with us and fought for us, through all the challenges we faced during this entire process. We could not have asked for a better Realtor. My husband and I would definitely use her again if we needed to and we would definitely recommend her to family and friends who are in need of a great Realtor.

NOT recommended. Look the other way and run, as fast as you can. Communication is terrible, promises are made but not followed up. Do not trust this company to manage your property if you want to be kept up to date, want to receive your rent on time, or want answers on anything in general. I feel like I was more hands on with this company, than I would have been had I found a tenant myself. Legal action seems to be the only way to get them to do the job they were hired to do.
