I have been living here for a couple of years now and can say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in.

While it is still communal living area and such things that come along with it can't be avoided, this place and staff does a great job at minimizing it as much as possible.

Any issues I’ve had have been met with prompt service and follow up. The property is situated in a great spot that allows for privacy away from the main roads and business. The grounds themselves are always clean and the amenities provided are well kept.

The staff here is incredibly kind and go out of their way to accommodate however they can. If you are a dog owner, this is definitely a place to consider as it is very pet friendly. There is usually a social event on the grounds as well hosted by the staff for the usual calendar events if you’re a social kind of person.

The property is also in a prime position near I-10 for ease of access, so commuting to work is no problem.

This is a place I would recommend to anyone in the area who is looking to rent.

Spanish Fort Town Centre Apartments are Awesome place to live. I just love this area, Gym, Clubhouse & obviously my apartment❤️. All working members in the leasing office and maintenance staff are very kind and sweet people. Thank you Annie & Alleria for helping us everytime!

We were lucky to find an apartment 4 years ago at Spanish Fort Town Center Apartments. From start to finish, Annie and all her staff including maintenance were always so helpful and polite and friendly. The only sad day was the day we left and moved back north.

Love the safe secure atmosphere. Also the girls in the office are awesome!!! The location is perfect for everything!!.I can't say how much I love feeling like I live in a resort!Look here if you need a new home!!

The staff and maintenance team are great
Many people with dogs live here and many people do not pick up after them so much dog poop 💩 all over the property the apartments provides poop stations with bags all thru the complex and still dog poop 💩 all over kids can’t play on the grass due to the poop oh and the dog park poop all over the place it’s mostly big dog poop 💩
parking is like anywhere else some people park right others park like crap
the walls are thin I’m lucky my neighbors ain’t loud every day

My fiance and I lived here from 2022-2024. We left because we moved back home to Colorado. We loved living here, but they charged us for completely fabricated things when we left. How they acted when we left ruined anything great we loved while we lived here. We left the apartment completely spotless. We even made a video to ensure we received our deposit back. Nonetheless, they ripped up the carpet and charged us for it, claiming we had "urine stains." Our dogs did not once pee on the carpet. One is a service dog (a real one), and the other is a military-trained dog. The apartment had a smoker in the unit before us; they painted over the smoke-stained walls and called it "renovated." The brown smoke stains started coming through in the unit after a week or so. We constantly had to spray air fresheners to keep the smoke smell at bay. Beware, if you live here, you will be paying when you leave... no matter how well you take care of the apartment.

We lived at SFTC Apartments for a little over a year. Both the front office and maintenance staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt throughout our stay -- especially Alarria. There is some occasional noise from outside, typical for such a pet-friendly apartment complex (we love dogs and have one of our own), but it never detracted from our time there. We never heard our neighbors through the walls or anything like that. They also do yearly apartment-wide maintenance which helps the place stay nice, clean, and safe! They always let tenants know when that will be taking place as well.

I really can't say enough good things about this apartment complex and the people who work there. They are on top of it and are super quick to correct any mistakes if you let them know. They try to do a good job and, in my opinion, are successful at it!

Thanks for being our home over the last year! We will always look back at our time here fondly.

My son and I have been here for several years. I own a home in West Mobile, but for work and personal reasons decided a move to Baldwin County was necessary. After visiting many communities in the Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope area, we visited Spanish Fort Town Center Apartments. The moment we got there, we were greeted by the most caring, informative, beautiful human and knew we were home. I am grateful for our community here. My son and I couldn’t be happier. We have the absolute BEST Community Manager. She is always responsive and makes sure that any issue we may have is resolved promptly, even if it is something minor. Not only that, but she truly cares, not only about doing her job to the best of her abilities, but about our happiness and wellbeing. Our neighbor has become family and we are so thankful for him. I have owned several homes in great areas of Mobile and can honestly say this experience has been the best. I’ve never lived in an apartment and really, never thought I would, but couldn’t be happier. This is our home.
