I can only assume, based on some of the reviews, that Spaces Management has gone through some changes in the past year. We bought a condo at Watercress (managed by Spaces) in Tuscaloosa, AL, in July 2024. Spaces has been excellent to work with. They take care of the property and keep it clean and well maintained. Anytime we’ve had a request, they have been able to assist us quickly. Two of our son’s live there, and they really like the location, pool, gym, and the property in general. We highly recommend.

Olivia is outstanding!! She has been super professional, accommodating and very committed to helping me and my roommate! She has the best customer service and has helped us out so much! We came from a different property management company in Tuscaloosa with little to no customer service, so we have been very grateful for her responsiveness and how much she cares! I lived at Crimson Place for roughly three years, and it was always a good experience. Christina, the property manager, was incredible at her job and always kept the property clean, maintenance timely, and made the entire process easy. I lived in three different units in my time there for various personal reasons, and the process was always seamless and easy. When moving out, there were issues with the truck we got, and Christina helped us work with the owners to get some extra time which was so helpful. Like any place, things break and small problems come up, but Christina and Spaces in general were always on top of them in my opinion. I would always recommend for anyone going to school or working in the area!

We have been so thankful for Johnnie Lea at Crimson Place. Her communication to the community is exceptional. She is always quick to respond to our questions. And has gone over and above so many times. It is such a relief to know there is a such a caring, organized and “get it done” handling our property. Overall I’ve had a great experience living at Watercress for a total of almost four years. I’ve had to be relocated twice due to renovations, but they did so within the rules stated in my lease and were more than accommodating throughout the process. I also think they’re wrapping up the remodeling so that shouldn’t be an issue in the future. Tanda and her team have been nothing but nice and respectful to me and take every issue I bring up to them seriously. Definitely recommend living here.

Johnnie Lea was truly so helpful. She answered all the questions I had by explaining the process thoroughly, even when I asked her to elaborate on a few things a couple times. It’s evident that the property management has improved within the past year, as it’s evident that it has not always been that way. Keep it up!
