I’ve first moved here in 2007 and I finally left in 2022. My son went to all three schools in the district. It wasn’t the most appealing apartment , but it was comfy and I had no roaches. My infestation came about a year or two before I moved. It was horrible! I thought it was me. It depressed me. When an infestation gets that bad you have to just move out and throw everything away, it was gross .

I've been waiting for a long time for someone to come and unclog my toilet and replace my refrigerator. These two guys Edward and Lt came and fixed it expeditiously

The last few years it was hard to get anything done around here. But under THIS new management and maintenance team (it’s changed several times) things have really improved. The office staff are friendly and respond to questions or concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance is working hard to get things fixed. Edward is one of the new faces for maintenance, and he is always professional and willing to help. He takes initiative to find the problem and fix it properly , not just patch things up. He takes pride in his work and community.

This review is for Edward he came just a few times but he is very professional individual he listen and understand the issue that is being applied and he come and get the work done and corrected if any! Under this new management I see improvements "in general"

I actually think this place is great for my mom. I've never seen any roaches in her unit, she keeps it pretty immaculate. I'm reading the reviews and seems like their may be a roach issue, ive never seen any, but there wouldn't be if everyone just sprayed and cleaned up.

I applied for a based on income apartment back in 2021 and someone finally contacted me in 2023 about my app saying a unit was getting ready to become available and then I heard nothing else. My phone number changed twice and I called to update it each time. I spoke to someone about 3 weeks ago and the woman stated she would be calling me back to come in and do a walkthrough and I still haven’t heard from anyone. My children and I really need a place of our own and at this point I feel like they’re just messing with me and getting my hopes up for nothing. Now everytime I call it’s someone different and they just keep saying someone will be in contact soon 😞
