Today, I was very lucky to have Karen Chesson on my side. She was an advocate for me and acted in my best interest to protect me from missing a great deal and making a bad investment.

I was struggling to find an affordable home in the Greater Knoxville Area. Buying a home is stressful. As you will quickly find out, prices have doubled in the last 3 to 4 years.

Karen is a tiger, and she sent me all the land, well, septic, survey, and property details not available with the listing before I asked or had even thought that far ahead. She made many calls on my behalf to chase down all of that information in less than 24 hours. She was punctual and very responsive to any and all questions. She even came up with some creative ideas to protect me when making the offer. With interest rates so high, every little bit helps.

She had the offer in my inbox in less than an hour after she got back to the office.

Just found out they accepted my offer, which Karen carefully crafted to save me $$$. Amen !!!
