Do not buy anything from this company. Never completely finished job. Left trash and refused to clean it up. Had to finish porches,trim molding and multiple other issues that should have been done before I was even able to move in. Very poor service and even worse to get them to do there job and correctly install and set up house.

We bought a home last year. And we are very happy with the home. Sid&marion go up and beyond for their clients. Anyone looking for a trailer or modular home. Should definitely check out south land homes.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend contacting this company or using them to purchase a home. I called to get a quote on the “specific” models that were currently on the lot and instead of professional and courteous service I was met with vague answers and attitude. I’m glad to know not to waste my time or money here and I hope no one else does the same.

I am changing my review because I was angry at the time of review. Hey he moves homes and seems to be very skilled and knowledgeable. The homes are pricey. Wish he sold more affordable housing though

Im just happy they had the vinyl single hung replacement windows I needed and they were cheaper than anywhere else I checked.
