Anne Brooks is an outstanding real estate professional! She listed, marketed, and sold our lakefront property on Lake Murray. Anne is very personable, honest, and straightforward. Having lived in the area for a number of years you won’t find a more knowledgeable real estate agent, whether you’re selling or buying. She understood all the intricate details of real estate transactions from dock permits to septic tanks. Anne was always responsive to calls, texts, and emails so communication was never an issue. Dana Peak, Anne’s assistant, was also excellent and was an invaluable resource in the selling process. I strongly recommend Anne Brooks and the Southern Visions Real Estate team!

Excellent experience working with the Harbor Team, Spencer Cary and Cathy Corey! They have gone above and beyond what I expected and would highly recommend them. Spencer has saved us time and money on the sale of our house and purchase of land in ways we would not have thought of on our own. I learned one benefit of going through agents is the access they have to unique resources- including expired MLS listings that opened up new options for us when looking for land and a network of other professionals that can help in the buying/selling process. Everything was done with PROMPT communication and integrity. Can't say enough good things.

Great company for your real estate investments. Land developing, listing and finding homes for families. They also sell commercial land and properties. I noticed recently that you can list or find rentals for lake homes as well. Smart agents that are knowledgeable on a local and statewide real estate level! Highly recommend this company and its afents

Saw a sign and called 3 weeks ago on a Monday about a property and was told it wasn't his. Told me it was "probably" someone else's in the office. He also stated that the only reason that I got in touch with him was because his name was first on their "list of names". Called back the following Friday and left a message and still no return call yet. Have since called 3 times with messages and still no return call. Seems like they are too busy to answer phone calls or even return them.

I bought my home from Reggie Celia Means and Attorney David Ross. Regie sold me my place for a full asking price in Jan of last year . The weather was nice and cool and we had no problems because at the time II was also on medications from my doctor that raised my body temp. I was very ill when I bought this home. In the summer when it was burning up in the South our air conditioning rates went through the ruth . We reached out to Reggie and advised him of how hot the house was. He came in and had our air ducks taped up. Never did any kind of insulation. "He said you dont have it in writing I dont have to do it. I'm just a nice guy. We'll now winter is here we'd like to enjoy our fresh our and our windows dont open. Be careful when buying from this company get it all in writing, Because know I'm even having problems with the attorney they use David Ross will not return my calls and has never added my husband name to the title of our home. These people are sweet and nice at the beginning. But later they'll ask you did you get that in writing? If you didnt you'll be wondering what does it cost people to be honest and not greedy.
