I enjoyed renting from southern Pines Realty for almost 3 years. If I haven’t bought a home of my own, I wouldn’t have move out of the house I was in. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to get in touch with them by phone. It would be better to text them because they are not in the office all the time but you will enjoy there properties.

Will mot allow you to view any properties at all unless you apply for them, run your credit, and pay and application fee. Even if you do not want to purchase or rent the property you still have to take a hit to your credit score and give then personal information just to say no. Very poor way to run a realty company and have very very poor customer service. Are rude when asking to view propert and will never use their service again.

Ralph helped us find our first home. He was friendly, professional and always available. We felt that he went the extra mile in helping us find the perfect place, and was always willing to work with our schedules when showing us houses. We will most definitely be using him for all of our real estate needs in Albany and the surrounding areas.
