Southern Oaks Mortgage is a great company to work with. If you're looking for a real estate agent or mortgage loan give Jeff a call! So many agents lookout for themselves with the highest commissions instead of getting the best for you! Jeff will fight for you! His assistant Cindy has an extensive background and is always willing to take the time to explain all the details. Jeff is the best. I have used Jeff for the last 4 re-finances. His service hasn't changed. Jeff explained everything to my wife and myself and walked us through the form filling out process. Bill and Cindy at Southern Oaks Mortgage were the absolute best! This was the 3rd home that I have purchased with Bill, and I can’t say enough about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, made himself available anytime for questions, and not only explained the process every step of the way, but took the time to teach me, so I could make well informed decisions.
This was my first time working with Cindy, and she was nothing less than a miracle worker. I had a very tough situation with my loan and she went above and beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly communicative, organized, professional, and also very kind. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but she always made me feel like she genuinely cared and that I was a priority. It was a wonderful experience!
