Not impressed with their HOA services at all. They gave my neighbor and I a warning just days after the storm that hit GA about the grass being high. I understand the rules about maintaining the patio nicely kept but just after the storm to tell us that we neglected the regulation baffles me. I also have been fighting over the mandatory tree that they want in front of the homes being dead since I purchased the home and they cant even pick up the phone. They charge their clients for properties not being maintained however the that are pending purchase or other areas aren't kept! It must be nice just being able to charge for everything and not be any use for their clients. DO NOT RECOMEND!

The office manager has exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable , and just all around outstanding. She made the experience as simple for us as possible and has a smile that lights up a room . She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We don’t have enough people like her in this world. I have recommended several people to this company just because of the experience with her. I highly recommend this company. In a world that seems to revolve around text messaging, email communication and automated messages, this company still believes in verbal communication. I have never had a problem reaching someone when I needed to ask a question. I have even had the owner of the company, Mrs. Smiley call me.

Mrs Smiley and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. It is very obvious to me that this company values their tenants.

From the positive experiences I have had with them, I would not hesitate to recommend them!

So very many issues! They can’t seem to maintain their portion of the community they are responsible for in the CCR’s. The owner, Leigh Smiley, is rude and passive aggressive towards residents when issues that have been ignored for too long, are brought to her attention. They provide numerous excuses for why they cannot fulfill their duties, but make sure they get their check from residents every month. Nothing but pure laziness, lack of respect and care from this company.

Just to update! Still the worst HOA! Playground has been broken for a year. Their excuse every single time is our contractors are backed up. Well, if they are that backed up let’s give the job to someone other than your buddy. This long is truly unacceptable.
