Stay far away. The broker won’t return calls regarding any issues and flat out ignores multiple requests for contact.

Realtor Misty Yeargen did a horrible job representing my husband I with buying a home. We are a military family that relied on her to be our representative while we were living across the county and in a different country; however, that was far from what we received. She failed to complete the final walk through before they had utilities turned off, which resulted in them not finding that the laundry room water shut off valves were damaged, so my home flooding on move in.

Misty recommended an inspector that failed to find note that the tub had a huge hole spackled, sprinkler lines were damaged, and damaged flooring. There were several other issues but those are the biggest. No one took accountability for any of these issues and we would’ve never purchased this home had we had an honest and reliable realtor/broker. Now we have been stuck trying to fix these issues. This is the worst agency I have dealt with and the broker did nothing. He couldn’t even speak to me regarding my concerns and issues.

Working with Selina was such a blessing! We are a military family and needed to find and buy a house in a different state, over the holidays, during a pandemic - she more than delivered!
Selina was always friendly, gracious, and helpful without ever being pushy or overbearing. She kept lines of communication open and always gave us timely and pertinent updates and made sure to follow up on things without prompting. A dream from long distance!
Her knowledge of the local area helped us narrow down the neighborhoods we wanted to look in and her personal relationships with other realtors and builders helped us make our final decision on which house we wanted to bid on. Once we decided on the house we wanted she helped us craft a competitive offer and negotiate the extras that we wanted (blinds, a fence, closing date, etc) and we were able to get them all. After our offer was accepted she gave us regular updates and pictures of our property!
Selina went above and beyond in our home buying process and gave us great local tips and information behind the usual utility hookup contacts. She treated us like family and we would be happy to work with her again when we are ready to sell. I recommend her every chance I get!
