This was made so much easier by Paul. this was our first time renting an RV and it was extremely important to get to North Carolina in a few days. Paul set us up in a great RV and assured us everything would run fine. Well, it was a trip my family will cherish forever. Me, my daughter, my son, and 4 grandkids drove across our nation to surprise my wife who was at a conference In Charlotte. We made it on time, the surprise was awesome and we play tourist with lots of stops on the way home. Thank you Paul for a seamless, trouble free, and believe it or not pleasurable rental process. I will recommend Paul at Southeast RV to any and everyone!!! God Bless

My husband and I rented the 25 foot Micro Lite travel trailer (The Murphy) from Paul in Whetstone. We live in Tucson and he provided a very good price for a great product, so it was worth the drive. Paul met with us as we were deciding on a rental. He walked us through all inventory that was available and discussed the pros and cons with each to help us make an informed decision. It was easy to choose to work with him. He coached us through the requirements of insurance, brake controller, and discounts. At pick up, he took all the time we needed to train us on the functions of the RV. This was our first time using an RV, so we needed more time in 100 degree heat. He made us feel like we were his top priority throughout! Even in the peak of the pandemic, we felt safe with the cleaning methods utilized. The RV was in excellent condition with LOTS of supplies! There were so many extra storage spaces and containers that we didn’t even fill them all for a 6 week trip. The kitchen supplies provided all we needed with space to take some of our own favorites. We are not tech savvy, but were able to figure out the TV and sound system. The bed was incredibly soft with ample space for two tall adults. We had a few issues on our trip from AZ to NM, TX, OK, MO, IL, IN, IA, SD, ND, WY, CO, and UT. The gas detector went off, but only because we didn’t put the table down and it “walked” to the stove handles. Paul answered my request for help immediately. We lost a cotter pin and the hitch pin wiggled out while on the road. The emergency brake worked exactly as it should. The agency was helpful and honest in this situation. On our last two days, the gas hoses leaked; but we were on our way home and didn’t want to worry about replacement. Paul was more than willing to have us replace it with a reimbursement while on the road. We just turned off the tanks (most of fridge was empty already). We were able to hook everything up with ease and use our generator when boondocking. Suggestions for rookies like us – Rent from Paul! Be careful when opening cabinets after driving due to bumps in roads. Don’t bother with hanging stuff in the bathroom as the bumps make them fall. Go slow and enjoy the awning, the outdoors, and your RV neighbors. We are already talking about a trip to Civil and Revolutionary War sites in the East next summer. I hope to rent from SEAZRV and drive instead of renting from anyone in the East. This was a truly wonderful experience!

We rented a 25' class C motorhome from Southeast Arizona RV and it was a great way to go to understand how driving and living in a motorhome works. The unit worked fine with comfortable cushions and mattress. Driving wasn't difficult, but it is a large vehicle and you have to be aware of your surroundings. I would definitely rent from this company again, if we rent again.

We rented the Mini Winnie and drove all over Arizona up to the Utah border and back. The RV was stocked well and was clean. Had one small issue with the tailpipe I called Paul and he found me a shop to fix it immediately! Would rent from Southeast Arizona RV Rental again.

Working with Paul at Southeast Arizona RV Rentals & Storage was a pleasure. Paul was easy to communicate with and keep that line always open. All my questions were answered even before we even picked up our rental. When we were picking up our rental, Paul was very thorough and went over every detail of the RV we had chosen. When we left, we felt comfortable knowing everything we needed to know in order to use the RV to its potential. It was also nice that the only thing we had to get was food, the RV was stocked with all linens, kitchenware, even camp chairs, and much more. I can’t wait for our next adventure. We will rent from here again.

I rented an RV to go to Vegas for the Infocomm tech expo. This is so I could take my daughter and not need to hassle with flights, hotel and rental car. Nellis AFB has an RV park with 220 full hookup lots. On the way back we met up with my wif and daughter at Parker lake for a quick fishing trip. All and all it was a great Father’s Day weekend. I am considering buying an RV some day. This was fun, enjoyable and a great way to do a test run. The RV was clean and everything worked. It was a great experience.
