There ok the apartments they rent are pretty gross and fall apart. Mine had mold it was gross the walls started bubbling underneath and a hole caved in from moisture. There was also trash left by an evicted tenant large trash like a Mattress tables bikes just a bunch of stuff. Sent an email before my move out date letting them know but they still charged me and took it from my security deposit. I could have fought it but I didn’t there slum lords that’s really it. Make sure you know your rights with them. They don’t usually seem the most organized if you call the office, almost like they don’t know what’s going on. Karly was great though and I do have to mention she always reached back out to me in a timely manner and tried her best to fix my issue. The maintenance team never came out. If you put in a work order they won’t come unless you call them until they answer/ email every person in the office. My heat was broke in winter for a solid month they brought me a broken space heater after begging them too at 8pm when my house was 42 for a whole week. I also put in maintenance requests a month and a half before I moved out they didn’t even respond, call me, mention it or come out lol very typical with these kinds of landlords. I had the home professionally cleaned and probably still lost almost half my deposit with them saying certain things were dirty. For example they said the oven was still dirty but it’s not just dirty it was rusted through you can’t clean that you need to replace the appliance. Don’t go into living in one of there properties and expecting any sort of quality they have cheap apartments and cheap maintenance.

I have to agree with Eric. I would never rent from this property management team again. I did make a mistake of failing to walk through before signing the lease. My thoughts the neighborhood was nice and the house looked good on the outside… The house was infested with roaches, in talking with the neighbors they let us know about the tenets before us…. Horrible… I was told I received a pool and garage key never received… I have rent a lot in the past and this by far was the worst experience… I would advise take plenty of pictures and do your homework and please continue to look at reviews. I will be going forward.

I have been working with 4 property managers on various properties and I have found a quality property management company and a quality property manager make all the difference in being able to relax and know your Property is in good hands. I wish I could give a new rating called raving reviews. Jessica and South Coast make my world very relaxed. This combination far exceed any other experiences I have had with property management. Imagine you get immediate communication and even more valuable ,Jessica returns calls promptly. Yes return calls when asked. There are times the most efficient solution is picking up the phone and solving the problem. What a novel concept. I might add Jessica is also writes a very good email which keeps phone calls at a minimum.

Horrible HOA to deal with they never respond promptly or in a reasonable amount of time. They don’t answer the phone or call back when leaving a message. They send out warnings and HOA violations to people even when they have no prove of the vehicle being there for more than 24hours. They waited 86 days to deny my shed and then proceeded to tell me well I shouldn’t of bought it until they approve it, but there is multiple other people in my neighborhood with the same style shed that we bought. Mind you no one is going to see it because we planned to put it up against the house and we have a six foot tall fence around our backyard. I will never buy in a HOA again after this experience. I would give you zero if I could.

I lived in 152 Carlisle was for a year and decided not to renew my lease because service is disappointing… we moved off property did everything that was required and lost 90% of our security deposit! Reason for leaving was because the house was roach infested and we had no privacy at all from land lord, also was charged for items we never received. Never rent from these people trust me they will find reasons to charge you extra

Tulsi was very helpful with getting us through the process. Without her help we most likely wouldn't have gotten the rental. She contacted me immediately when she needed some information and after we moved in she was always available to help us with any issues we had. This was the best service we have ever had.

SouthCoast Properties have been extremely helpful throughout the leasing process. I was going to be transitioning out the military and purchased my first home for me and my three children. I thought that it was going to be our forever home, but I later came on orders and had to relocate my entire family.

I looked for a property manager to find someone that could reliably take care of my home and find good tenants to take care of my home. I contacted the top three property management companies I could find to get the process started. Within 5-10 minutes I received a call from Jessica at SouthCoast Properties, and though my home was still being constructed Jessica worked with me by providing information on what the property management process consisted of. Jessica's friendly domineer and knowledge made me chose her instantly to take care of my home while I am away.

Jessica was awesome! She kept in contact with me for months and let me know updates to their leasing process as if I was already leasing my property.

When Jessica was not available, anyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Within listed my home for two weeks, I was told there were many families interested in my property. SouthCoast properties found me a great family that love my home and I have full faith it will be taken care of as if it's their own.

I will definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy business to oversea their home.
