Right lane is faster cuz it splits into two lines! Both are slow at 10 am tho. Also there’s no express lane so you have to wait for everyone in front of you to buy a ticket

Well maintained entrance station; the line was not too long during the weekend. It’s always good to slow down and pay more attention to pass through the entrance.

November is one of the best times to visit. Literally didn’t see any waiting lines. Quick pass through

Disappointing organization for such a wonderful treasure that is the Grand Canyon. Albeit thanksgiving week, we did go on Tuesday morning, which we thought would be more favorable. This was not the case. We expected the possibility of a short delay given the time of year, but it took well over 90 minutes of waiting just outside the gates to finally make it through. Even if you purchased a ticket ahead of time, there was no way to bypass the wait. Can only imagine what it must be like during holiday weekends and summer! Factor this extra wait time into your plans for the day.

Horrible traffic and entrance management. We went later in the afternoon to avoid being stuck for hours. We still got stuck for over half an hour. I find it strange not to have a bypass lane for people who already have their passes. We tried the right lane as suggested by other reviewers. It's a hit or miss. It made a small difference one day, and no difference at all on another.

The left lane ends up being slower bc a third lane opens on the right, so the right lane moves faster. The rangers are fantastic, let’s appreciate their service to us all! Everyone has a bad moment now and then.

GC south NP management would considerate traveler precious time to visit the park by having more entry lanes or having a extra lane for pass holders

Absolutely asinine they have no express lanes. We waited over an hour to get to the gate and already had a park pass. You have to wait for everyone else that doesn't and needs to pay at the gate. Infuriating
