South Bay Mazda is run by friendly professionals who don’t give you the runaround. They are honest and show you exactly what kind of work they're doing on your car. I appreciate their speediness and good work ethic. The computer diagnostics part of the Service experience could use a little help, but that might be a wider Mazda vehicle issue rather than a dealership issue. (Outstanding issues with the transmission software need to be worked out. It affects people's gas mileage and driving experience and shouldn't be some add-on to have it fixed.)

By and large these guys are friendly and professional and they do good work. Highly recommend South Bay Mazda!

This dealership was great to do business with. Charlie Pham and his team really took care of the paperwork for me and I was surprised how fast the process was to sell a car. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them.

The only part I was nervous about was selling the car and having to wait up to 45 days for the dealership to pay off the loan and issue a check for the difference. I received my check earlier than promised. And want people to know not to be nervous for this process. They were communicative throughout the month.

As I was sitting in the lobby, waiting for document the process of selling a vehicle, I was listening in on other Sales people, and to my surprise there was no pressure. I’d highly recommend a dealership if you’re looking for a Mazda used vehicle in their lot. I’m definitely giving them chance for a car in the future

Great experience at Mazda Southbay.. as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Chris Jones who assisted us through the process of buying a new car. Felt like we got a good deal on a car that just pulled up to the dealership! He was very responsive and provided great customer service. As soon as the dealership had the car we were in and out the place in a couple hours was very smooth and seamless.

I went yesterday to see and test drive a car I was very interested in but the sales rep seemed very disinterested.

After having gone to several other dealerships where the sales reps were nice and knowledgeable of what they were selling.. I was very disappointed with this dealership.

I was looking at a certified Mazda 3 and I asked questions about the differences in trims, the difference with the Mazda 6 and what really meant to have a “certified” car etc .. all those questions had minimal answers as if the sales rep didn’t even wanted to be there or something.

I asked if the price was negotiable to which he said there was absolutely nothing negotiable. Even tho every other dealership I went were willing to negotiate I understood it was their way to do business and it’s fine but if you are not going to negotiate.. would it too much trouble telling me why your price is what it was? Is it too much trouble to sell me the car? To explained about your certificate process? I actually wanted to buy the car but the interaction really left a sour taste in my mouth.. so I left.

I hope you guys get better sales rep or train the current ones on some customer service.

Cisco is the man! I just purchased a Mazda from South Bay, and the experience was seamless and comfortable thanks to his help.
