I had the worst experience with them. Even though when I moved out I left the apartment in great condition, they refunded me only $100 out of $1000 explaining that they charged me for carpet change and wall painting. The owners make "tricks" that makes it difficult to sue them. This company is a SCAM. I highly recommend to stay away from them. Awful, disgusting liars!

Roaches, mice, water damage, nothing was ready when we moved in. Not even hot water. Stove doesn’t work. Trash by windows. Windows don’t close all the way. Windows don’t lock. I can name about 50 things. I text and email with no responses. I was over charged for my deposit. So much is wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scam company it’s got a bad infestation of mice roaches and spiders. Crystal meth addicts hang in the back. Company was bought by coastline…..they even worse.

Paid rent on time for two years never late in full it was so many things wrong with the property but once I moved out and left the apartment clean and empty pretty much ready for move in I was promised a two week return for my deposit and yet to receive when you call it’s no answer I’m now taking legal actions I advice EVERYONE do not live or deal with South Bay estates
