TL;DR - she's a rock star! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, organized, responsive, supportive - she really makes you feel like she's on your side and there to represent your best interests.

I had a 3 week window to find a home in a slow market area and get under contract. We called Soozie's agency, and she was able to step in on short notice to help out in that crazy time frame - over Christmas, no less. As a local agent, she knew all the things to think about (e.g., I didn't know to even ask about gallons/minute on well water), and has relationships with the other agents and agencies in the area. When it came time to secure home insurance, she had an initial vendor, and then even a last minute replacement vendor when that fell through. At the same time, she was perfectly comfortable working with vendors that I chose myself for other tasks.
In some situations, she pointed out risks that I hadn't even considered. I felt confident in her advice.
