This was the first complex to give me a chance and I will forever be thankful for Matisha who did everything in her power to get me approved! My time living here has been nothing short of a pleasure and I look forward to renewing my lease soon.

Aside from the great amenities, the management and maintenance are incredible. Whenever something needs fixing they work quick and diligently to get all issues fixed.

I highly recommend all young adults looking for their first apartment to come speak with Matisha and tour this great complex!

Belle Lacayo has been fabulous working with me and my household as I’ve been false accused and ridiculed by a tenant. She’s been making sure my home can be Home Sweet Home once again. She is going above and beyond making sure my residency matter. Definitely recommend booking a tour with her. Definitely renewing my lease.

I have been looking around for apartments in Vacaville and the Sommerset was by far the most unprofessional and unpolite place I have been to. The leasing consultant Belle Lacayo was very unwilling to talk, not to say rude. Even though the apartment complex looks nice for the price we just decided to not go forward to not have to deal with that kind of treatment on a daily basis.

This place i really worst i apply for two room appartment and these guys don’t approve or deny it from last 20 days when i call them they most of time not answer the call and if they answer just say we are waiting for final decision
I also say them you can deny me then i can try any other property but these people just say we will call you then again no response

Very unprofessional

My family and I moved in around February 2021. Right when we moved in we had to call for maintenance multiple times for different reasons. One of the first reasons was that the hot water wasn't working. Then one of the locks for our main door was broken. After that, one of the bedroom doors wasn’t closing well, the closet shelves were broken, the exhaust fan in the kitchen wasn’t working, and the tub wasn't draining. Our most recent problem was that our water heater broke and started flooding the dining area. It has only been a month and we’ve encountered multiple problems. However, I do appreciate that every time we’ve called, the maintenance staff have helped us right away and are always accommodating. I’d also like to add an incident that my daughter had where she went to the office to ask if someone could check on the apartment for one of our concerns. One of the ladies, Shanna, was very nice and told her she’d send someone over and that, if we ever needed to contact them again, we could just email them instead. However, my daughter heard the other manager, Dawn, say under her breath, ”Or don't, ” which took my daughter by surprise. My other daughter also had an incident where the same person sounded rude to her while talking to her on the phone.

I am leaving this review solely based on my appointment to view the property. I showed up several hours early and the lady in the office was very accommodating. She was busy and working alone but she made the time to show me an apartment and answer my questions. My experience so far gets 5 stars.

Recommend all military members who rent, if you go on leave notify the office. You are not required but if they do any parking lot work they will only leave a note at the door no phone call or email, our cars were towed while on military leave since we were not home to move vehicles. Luckily we got everything situated. Other than that no other complaints.

Was met with nothing but unprofessionalism when I showed up for a SCHEDULED appointment to look at a unit for rent. Was blown off and basically left to reschedule for another time when I was coming from out of town and took time off of work to see this apartment. Definintely reconsidered moving here now after this bad experience. WASTE OF TIME.
