Dan Patty is an absolute pleasure to work. He is super thorough with everything and sets clear expectations but goes above and beyond to deliver on them for his clients. I was especially pleased with the way he took me through the loan pre-approval all the way to the closing process by setting expectations, keeping me informed through the whole process and getting everything that was required situated for a fast and a timely outcome.

He ensures that he is always looking out for his clients in their best interest and answered all questions in detail along with also suggesting the most viable options for me to review and select.

I've worked with different lenders in the past but have never received the white glove support that Dan provided. I highly recommend him to anyone for all their loan needs that is looking for minimal stress and a desired outcome.
