. We walked into the room to find someone’s bowel movement and a large glob of toilet paper in the toilet. Luckily, it flushed, but quite a buzz kill. Makes one wonder what else hasn’t been cleaned.

. We are titanium elite. Despite requesting an upper floor. We got a second floor handicap accessible room. We asked if there was another choice and were told that it was the only two bedroom unit available. Do rooms get assigned by points level or by the time of day that people show up? Do you have all titanium level and above guests, or do get we last choice if we show up at 6:30 pm?

. There is mold around the bathtub in the handicap accessible room.

. There is a cut/slit in one of the tiles in the kitchen area.

. The ice maker does not work.

. The remote to the main TV in the family room does not work.

. The door to the room from the hallway is not fit properly. You can see light coming from the hallway and of course sounds come through also.

. The refrigerator door has like a dozen pretty deep dents in it.

Despite being remodeled in the last couple of years, our general feeling is that this Residence Inn is not well cared for. We feel like we need to take our business elsewhere.
