Slade Sikes, what an awesome individual. My husband and I wanted our home built on our land, and it was the first time either of us had gone through this process. Mr. Sikes made this very easy for us, we have been trying to build for a while with no success; until Slade Sikes took over the project.

The house took just a short time to build, because weather was awesome through our build. Even through the pandemic things moved along smoothly.

I recommend this contractor and all of his crew.

We want to thank you Mr. Slade Skies for our first home, you did a phenomenal job. I also want to say I’m sorry I bugged you so much.

We have been in our home for over a year now and still waiting for work to be done on our house. Everything in the house was bottom of the barrel renter's grade crap that was put in the house. I paid for a "custom" home and ended up with trailer park quality. Been trying for months to reach the builder but Slade will not return my calls or text. Stay away frome Slade Sikes Homes!!!!!

Tearing up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and finding black mold underneath it. The foundation has buried bricks, 2x4's, and pine branches which the can cause termites. Neighbors already had termites because of it. Foundation also is built over clay which they trucked in. That is why all of the yards are flooding because the water sits and settles on the clay. DO NOT buy a house from this company. Also the guy they use to install the alarm for the septic tanks tied it into the kitchens circuit breaker. It is too much for the kitchen and the alarm. Had to have an electrician come out and rewire the system.

Slade built my home in Dec 2012...... It has flooded every rainy season since and today my whole lower back half of the house flooded.. The foundation is garbage!!!!
