This company required I sign a work authorization which was no problem. I signed the document and was told they would contact me within 8-10 weeks. They sent me an e-mail on week 9 saying they would not perform the survey unless I paid in advance! I declined and advised I have the signed work order with price, I have no sate of visit so why would I pay in advance. Very unprofessional and will surely impact their ability to be successful using bait and switch tactics.

Clay was one of the worst people I have ever worked with, no communication to us at all and even sent our confidential paperwork to someone else. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend Clay to anyone.

I called Sitedesign on a Tuesday, for a survey concerning a possible encroachment. They came to my home and completed the survey Friday of the same week, though it was Memorial Day weekend. They were thorough and professional, and took time to explain their results.
