I used Listed Simply to sell my house. It sold to the first people who looked at it. It closed today. While the communication with Listed Simply was only thru messaging, it worked out fine and they responded quickly to all questions. I would use them again.

Simply List was the perfect partner for selling my lots in Georgia. The community was in a rural setting and I wanted to personally show the property as I was most familiar with the lot configuration, restrictions and features. Simply List went above and beyond in listing my property as the location needed to be set by GPS which they suggested. Wonderful people to work with and very responsive. Getting my lots on MLS allowed me to only show one time and close the sale. I highly recommend Simply List for your real estate listing if you can show your own property.

Have contracted Simply List Atlanta's basic service twice now, both times for duplex sales, and couldn't be more satisfied. Their fee isn't the absolute lowest but it's very fair. The big difference is they collect at closing, nothing paid up front, so they don't take your money and then vanish. Always promptly responsive, thorough and this time Celine went the extra mile to make sure the listing was exactly how I wanted it. She's really an asset to your company. Thank you and congratulations on a much appreciated listing service for individuals that don't need a babysitter to buy OR sell a property. I wish everyone used Simply List.

Celine was a very good agent who I recommend. I had a residential contract that had some issues with the buyer. Celine provided strong advice and coaching which helped address how to to work through the challenges and ultimately, close the transaction. She is easy to work with, responsive, and her service is an excellent value.

Selling by owner definitely isn't for everyone, but if you think/know it's for you, then Simply List is an automatic answer to who you need to call next. Celine is extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I admit, I was a bit skeptical going into this after finding them online without knowing anyone personally who had experience with them, so I went with the For Help option, and closed on my condo within 6 weeks. I'd recommend them to friends/family and would 100% use them again when we sell our next home.
