I had the pleasure of being introduced to Konstantin over a year ago. I really enjoyed working with an independent realtor. I think they have more flexibility to make real-estate transactions work efficiently. Mr. Safris was low-key and no-pressure in helping with the home buying process. He provided loan options that I could compare with my own research to work out the best terms. He was very helpful in navigating an informal agreement to get repairs made in order for the loan to close.
