Silver Creek is great! Steve and his team have been managing a rental for me for about 7 years now. He takes care of everything for me and always keeps me in the loop on any issues. When I've needed to make upgrades, he always has great references for contractors, etc. It's so nice to know I have a great, responsible tenant living in my property.

We were in a pinch. The landlord of the place we were renting for two years called and said the owner was thinking about selling or having her daughter live there. They waited and waited to give us the word until two weeks from the end of our lease. We started looking at houses and found one managed by Silver Creek. We applied for it sight unseen because the neighborhood and location were perfect. We arranged to look at it and they had already run our credit and application and we got the keys that evening. Honestly, I was impressed with how efficient they were and how they respected our time and situation. They made the whole precess simple and were very attentive to any needs. They only hired competent, experienced services to deal with any issues. The only reason we left was to move closer to work. Wish they had offices everywhere.

We rented a property from Silver Creek for over 2 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. Every time we needed a repair or anything they got back to us in a timely manner and always fixed the problem. They are also very helpful with the move out process and actually told us what to fix oursleves in order to get most of our deposit back. We would definitely recommend renting from this property management company.

We've been renting a house from them and we do NOT recommend them to take care of the property. Their response time is so long, it's ridiculouss and very frustrating.. We once had a broken faucet in our bathroom, that wasn't fixed when we moved out, 4 months later. 2 Days before we moved out, we had (another) leak in our sprinkler system, that cost us a lot of money, and they never bothered to respond to our emails in which we asked them to help solve the problem with us. No response, nothing. Very disappointing. And there are many more issues that they didn't take care of, always a struggle to get in touch with them and always a struggle to get things done. Not good.
